This policy explains what data omnicall collects, how we use it, and when it is shared. We keep collection limited to what is needed to run the product.

Data we collect

  • Account data such as your user ID and email from authentication.
  • Content you submit and generate in arenas, including prompts, responses, judgments, and verdicts.
  • Public share data you choose to publish, including your share owner label, comments, replies, reactions, reports, and moderation actions.
  • Technical and usage data such as IP address, browser/device metadata, and basic logs.
  • Public share view counts based on cookie-backed, hashed viewer identifiers rather than raw IP addresses.
  • Billing status data such as subscription plan and payment state.

How we use data

  • Provide and improve omnicall features.
  • Store your history and render shared verdicts when you choose to share them.
  • Show public engagement on shared verdict pages, notify share owners about likes, dislikes, comments, and replies, and support comment moderation.
  • Operate billing and subscription access.
  • Protect the platform from abuse, fraud, and security issues.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers needed to run the app (for example, hosting, authentication, database, and billing providers). When you create a public verdict link, that page can show the shared process, your owner label, public comments and replies, reaction counts, and visible moderation state. We do not sell personal data.

Retention

We keep account and arena data while your account is active, plus limited backup and log retention for security and reliability.

Your choices

You can request account or data deletion from within the app flow or by contacting us through the support channel available in product settings. You can also delete public verdict links from the shared pages dashboard, which makes the public link unreachable while preserving owner-visible engagement history.

Children

omnicall is not intended for children under 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version is always posted on this page.
