omnicall provides tools to run structured AI comparisons, judging workflows, and verdict reports.

Account and use

• You are responsible for all activity conducted under your account and keeping credentials secure.
• You must comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, scrape, reverse engineer, circumvent limits, or misuse the service.

Prohibited content and acceptable use

To protect our users and maintain compliance with payment network rules, you strictly agree not to upload, transmit, store, link to, or generate any of the following prohibited materials on omnicall:

• Adult content: The upload, display, generation, or sharing of any adult content, pornography, sexually explicit or suggestive media, non-consensual sexual content, depictions of sexual violence or exploitation, and sexually oriented goods or services is strictly prohibited.
• Content linking to illegal websites: Submitting, posting, or linking to illegal websites, pirated software or intellectual property infringements, darknet marketplaces, malware or phishing sites, or any external destinations that facilitate, encourage, or promote unlawful conduct is strictly prohibited.
• Unlawful, harmful, or abusive content: Content that promotes violence, hate speech, discrimination, harassment, defamation, terrorism, fraud, or the exploitation or endangerment of minors.
• Malicious code and attacks: Uploading or transmitting viruses, worms, malware, trojans, or any payloads designed to compromise the security or integrity of omnicall or third-party systems.

We reserve the right, without prior notice, to review, moderate, remove any non-compliant content, and suspend or permanently terminate accounts found in violation of these rules.

AI output disclaimer

AI-generated outputs can be incorrect, incomplete, or biased. You are responsible for reviewing results before relying on them for decisions.

Billing

Paid plans provide access to additional usage and features. Plan limits and pricing are shown in-app and may be updated over time.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or abuse the platform.

Liability

omnicall is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from use of the service.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
